Richie and Regan have been married for 17 years and live in Pittsburgh, PA with their two daughters, Alivia (13) and Myka (9). Both Richie and Regan have earned Master's degrees in their respective fields and are certified, credentialed volunteers at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. As a family, the Reeders enjoy great food, traveling, reading and attending sporting events together.

Richie Reeder - Executive Director

As the Executive Director for Pressing On, Richie provides vision, oversight and leadership for the entire organization.  His daily responsibilities range from strategic planning and administration, to donor communication and fundraising, to social media and marketing, to coordinating ongoing Pressing On initiatives and events.  Richie earned his B.A. in Comprehensive Communications from Cedarville University and his M.Div. from Rockbridge Seminary.  He enjoys public speaking and various opportunities to communicate the vision for Pressing On.

Having spent much time in the hospital caring for his youngest daughter, losing his dad to cancer as a young adult and caring for families while coordinating funerals, Richie is passionate about using his personal experience to encourage, challenge and coach other families to persevere in the midst of their crisis.  In his spare time, he can be found keeping up with Pittsburgh sports and following along closely with Penn State athletics.  Richie is fond of his bobblehead collection and is also an avid fan of The Office.

Regan Reeder - Vice President of Care and Connections
